We Are Back (And We Have Stories)

Hi, we are alive.

We know, we know, it has been a minute. The last post went up June 21st and then… silence. But here is the thing: we were not sitting still. Not even a little bit.

We have been living it. All of it. And now we are ready to write about it.

Here Is a Taste of What Is Coming

A full LA weekend that had us convinced we could live in a city (we could not, but for 48 hours we wanted to). A surprise guest at the Hollywood Bowl that made a very sweaty run through the streets of LA completely worth it. A 10 mile hike up to the Hollywood Sign with a whole crew. The moment we said goodbye to the desert and hello to Highway 1. The Hannah Montana house (yes, really). A marine layer so thick it felt like living inside a cloud. One very chaotic Friday in San Luis Obispo that involved a vet visit, a mechanic, a generator sale on Facebook Marketplace, and a van that decided to have a full meltdown in a parking lot. Oh, and we went fully solar. More on that soon.

And that is just the beginning. We have the rest of Highway 1, the 101, Big Sur, the Redwoods, Seattle, Olympic National Park, and we still cannot believe we are typing this, Banff.

Oh, and one more thing. There might be a new family member joining us soon. We promised ourselves this was the last one. We will see how that goes.

We keep falling more and more in love with this life and this country and we cannot wait to share all of it with you.

We are back. Buckle up. 🐾
